'Pocket' Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding support on speed-dial from the moment your baby is born - wherever you are in the world

Imagine starting your breastfeeding journey feeling confident, enjoying comfortable feeds, and having expert support to quickly identify if anything needs adjusting — so you never have to struggle through uncertainty.

You've probably put a LOT of time into learning and preparing. Classes, books, videos — you've absorbed so much about latching, supply, tongue ties, and feeding schedules.

But deep down, you know there's a big difference between those practice sessions with knitted boobs and dolls, and the reality of feeding your actual baby.

You've heard the stories about how hard breastfeeding can be — even though everyone says it's "natural." You know you might not get the specialised support you deserve from your medical team. One midwife says one thing, the health visitor says another, and you're left trying to figure out who to believe at 3am while your baby cries.

You don't want to thumb through books while trying to hold your baby, wait days for appointments while problems escalate, or explain your story to someone new every time you need help.

Smiling Baby

You want someone who knows their stuff, who picks up when you call, who remembers what happened yesterday, and who makes you feel like you've got this when everything feels impossible.

That's exactly what pocket breastfeeding support gives you.

My pocket breastfeeding support packages provide you with tailored, patient, and unwavering guidance from the moment your baby arrives. You'll have expert reassurance and practical help that turns breastfeeding from a source of stress, into one of the most rewarding parts of early motherhood.

What does pocket breastfeeding support involve?

We'll  meet (via Zoom, or in-person if you're within 45 minutes of Bournemouth) to explore your breastfeeding hopes, address fears and knowledge gaps, and create a plan tailored around you. You'll leave feeling genuinely prepared and confident — not just informed, but truly ready.

Then from the moment your baby arrives, I become your breastfeeding bestie on speed dial. Through WhatsApp, voice notes, calls, and video sessions, you'll have immediate access to expert guidance that helps you navigate any bumps with actionable steps, rather than panic.

WhatsApp me when your nipples are sore and you're not sure if this is normal. Voice note me when your baby's been cluster feeding for hours and you're wondering if your supply is enough. Video call me when the latch doesn't feel quite right but you can't figure out why. Ring me when you just need someone to listen and remind you that you're doing brilliantly.

This isn't a helpline where you speak to someone different every time. This is your support — someone who knows your story, and is there for practical questions AND emotional wobbles. You'll also have access to my full postnatal doula expertise, so whatever comes up — feeding-related or beyond — you have someone who truly understands your journey.

Instead of worrying and googling, you send me a message and know we'll sort it together. Instead of drowning in conflicting advice, you have someone who helps you make decisions that feel right for you. Instead of waiting days for support, you get immediate help from someone who genuinely understands the physical, emotional, and practical challenges.
