Overnight Doula Support in Dorset and Hampshire
Overnight doula support in Bournemouth, Poole, and the surrounding areas of Dorset and Hampshire
You don't have to suffer with sleep deprivation. I offer overnight doula support to help you get some well-deserved rest, and the chance to recharge your batteries.
I'll ensure your beautiful new baby is well looked after while you sleep, giving you piece of mind and a restful night.

I remember that feeling of fear when nighttime starts to come around - wondering how many times you're going to be woken in the night, and whether you'll feel any better or even more tired in the morning.
As your overnight doula I'll arrive at a time that suits you in the evening, allowing you and your partner to spend some time together, or just go straight to bed!
I'll tend to your baby and their needs overnight, bringing them to you for feeds if needed, and if baby is settled I can help get on top of any housework.
You'll sleep easy knowing that your baby is being well looked after, and once you've woken up from your night's sleep, I'll make you some breakfast and leave you feeling refreshed, reinvigorated and ready for the day.
Overnight doula support starts at £270 a night, depending on the number of hours required.
My in-person postnatal support is available to you if you live in Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas (including Christchurch, Ringwood, Ferndown, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Wareham, Verwood and the New Forest - but depending on availability I'm happy to travel as far as Winchester, Southampton and Salisbury).
However, please contact me if you live in other areas of Dorset/Hampshire, as I may still be able to support you.
I offer a free 30-minute connection call to get to know more about you and your hopes for your postpartum period, and for you to find out more about how I might be able to support you.
