What does 'pocket'/virtual/online postnatal doula
support involve?
In your third trimester we'll have a 90-minute private Zoom session (available in-person if you're within 45 minutes of Bournemouth) where we'll dive into your hopes, fears and expectations for those early weeks and months. We'll explore together how you, your partner, family and friends can make this time as easy and as joyful as possible.
You'll leave the session feeling confident, and with a bespoke plan to get your postpartum journey off to the best possible start.

Then from the moment your baby is born you'll have access to me via a combination of WhatsApp messages and voicenotes, phonecalls and Zoom calls. Feel confident and reassured knowing you always have someone to turn to, whether thats for feeding support, emotional support and reassurance, or signposting to reliable, trustworthy information.

If you want to breastfeed then you'll also have access to all my breastfeeding guidance and support, so you can feel reassured that whatever is on your mind you have someone to reach out to, and we can work through any harder moments together.
